Norma Jean Teasing O’ God, the Aftermath Tenth Anniversary Performances

Norma Jean - O God the AftermathThis past March marked the tenth anniversary of Norma Jean’s sophomore album, O’ God, the Aftermath, which is notable because a) it was the band’s first album with vocalist Cory Putman, b) the band was really starting to take off when it was released, thanks to interest garnered by 2002’s Bless the Martyr and Kiss the Child, and c) it is, y’know, really good.

Now the band has not-so-cryptically teased a tour (or at least some shows) to commemorate the anniversary, which is a welcome not-quite-a-surprise:

Presumably, any such performances would include the band playing the album in its entirety. I’d be totally game for that.

More details as we get ’em. In the meantime, if you’ve somehow never heard O’ God, the Aftermath or just now find yourself with the urge to crank it, well, here ya go!
