Listen: Wham!’s “Last Christmas” Covered in the Style of Type O Negative

If there’s anything the world needs more of, it’s random songs covered in the style of Type O Negative. Thankfully there’s the band known as StereoType O Negative to fill that void, and while they’ve only posted three covers to date — U2’s “In the Name of Love,” “Dolce Vita,” and now Wham!’s “Last Christmas” — they’ve done such an incredibly fine job with them that we asked if we could premiere the latter right here on MetalSucks.

Somewhat remarkably, StereoType O Negative’s vocalist’s real-life name is Peter, which might explain why his vocal impersonation of Mr. Steele is so dead on. As far as we know he hasn’t posed nude for Playgirl, though.
