Stream Brimstone Coven’s Black Magic in its Entirety

West Virginia’s Brimstone Coven is doing the occult stoner doom thing right. Their sound is stripped-down and tasty, their vocals are clean but not overly epic or Maiden-esque, and their riffs were made for drinking dark beer in dark bars. They’re like a metal band out of a daydream, and it rules.

Their new album, Black Magic (again, simple and cool), comes out Friday via Metal Blade, but you can stream it below. The record’s a lot of fun, and suggests that this band will be killer live. Crank it up and ride a goat to the sabbath.
