Atreyu - A Death Grip on Yesterday

For the first time in more than ten years, I’d kinda like to go see Atreyu live. The reason? They’ll be celebrating the tenth anniversary of their album A Death Grip on Yesterday by performing the whole thing. And that just so happens to be the one Atreyu album I really, really like: the catchiness of the songs is so overwhelming I can’t help but admit that it’s good.

Unfortunately, this tour is coming nowhere near me. The silver lining is this: the whole reason I gave up on Atreyu in the first place is because I saw them live and, like All That Remains, it turns out they do not sound good when there’s no engineer to edit all their music and auto-tune all their singing.
