Listen to the Ripping New Ulcerate Song “Shrines of Paralysis”

0

Were the first two singles from Ulcerate’s forthcoming album, “Abrogation” and “Extinguished Light,” not enough to convince you that Shrines of Paralysis is going to rip/pulverize/crush/destroy? Then how about another new song, one that the band deemed so good they’d name the entire album after it?

“Shrines of Paralysis” is precisely what you expect from Ulcerate if you’ve come to know this band at all over the past several years. If not: death metal so visceral, so dissonant, so skronky, that it makes your guts feel as if they’re actually being churned inside out. I don’t know what else I can really say about Ulcerate to get you to check them out that we haven’t already said about the first two singles (and last couple of albums), so…. have at it and let your ears decide for you.

Shrines of Paralysis comes out on October 28th via Relapse; pre-order here. Catch Ulcerate on tour with Zhrine and Phobocosm in North America this fall; scroll down for dates.
