Learn to Cook Brunch from Trivium’s Matt Heafy
Our bestest buds over at Metal Injection recently launched a new season of Taste of Metal, their cooking program with Chef Brian Tsao, who is easily one of the world’s most metal chefs (and talented — I’d eat nothing but Brian’s cooking if I could). In the just-released second episode, Trivium’s Matt Heafy and Chef Brian make brunch — specifically, they make Sriracha garlic shrimp and grits. I’m sure there’s a joke to be made about how it tastes exactly like Metallica’s Sriracha garlic shrimp and grits, or how Heafy made way spicier Sriracha garlic shrimp and grits ten years ago, but whatever, this shit looks fucking delicious.
In other news, my mouth is now watering for Sriracha garlic shrimp and grits.
