Jason Bieler (Saigon Kick) Releases New Album and Announces Series of Intimate Shows

Jason Bieler is a man of many talents: founder of early ’90s metal outfit Saigon Kick, proprietor of Bieler Bros. Records (SikTh, Karnivool, Skindred, etc.), producer/engineer and singer songwriter, to name a few. All of those come into play on Bieler’s new self-titled album, which is out now and available to stream in full.

Saigon Kick fans will find a lot here to like: you’ll know exactly who you’re listening to when those trademark layered harmonies bring in the opening track, “Keep Calm and Carry On.” Bieler isn’t just a one-trick pony, though; he shows that he’s nimble and dynamic throughout the album’s 11 tracks, which were culled from over 150 he’s released piecemeal over the past two years.

What’s more, Bieler has announced a series of shows this winter at which he’ll be debuting his solo material live, along with some throwbacks from Saigon Kick and Owl Stretching. Dates posted underneath the album embed.
