Guitarist Brian Patton Re-Joins Eyehategod as a Temporary Replacement for Jimmy Bower
Eyehategod begin their next tour today, but guitarist Jimmy Bower won’t be with ’em. The band has announced that “In accordance with the chaotic lifestyle that is every day reality, EHG will continue to tour the USA while Jimmy Bower seeks help for visions unknown.” What the shit does that mean? Is Bower suffering from hallucinations? Is “visions unknown” a super-duper poetic way of saying “substance abuse”? Does the poor guy just need to stay home with family? Your guess is as good as mine.
Interestingly, Bower will be temporarily replaced by Brian Patton, who left EHG just last year to concentrate on being a daddy.
