Jeepers, that was fast!

Just this morning Ghost gifted the world with a new song, “Kiss the Go-Goat.” Although they made no official announcement with that track’s release, the music video includes a shot of Papa Emeritus holding a vinyl entitled Seven Inches of Satanic Panic. Given that the band was recently rumored to be releasing a new, two-song 7″, everyone assumed that “Kiss the Go-Goat” would be from a new vinyl release of that same title.

Not entirely shocking: everyone guessed correctly! Look at this groovy album art:

Says the band:

“We wish to inform you Ghost has released two special tracks from the 1969 archives… ‘Seven Inches of Satanic Panic’ is available to stream & order now.”

Actually, that last bit seems a little premature: as of right now (Thursday at 2:23 p.m. EDT), none of the provided links actually work. Sweden is six hours ahead of us, but that still puts them three-and-a-half hours away from tomorrow, which I’m guessing is when this thing will actually be available. Any Australians awake right now? Are the links working for you?

While we watch the clock and pray for time to move faster, you can check out “Kiss the Go-Goat” below if you haven’t already, or just want to revisit it, or I dunno, but here it is:
