Jinjer Announce Spring 2020 Tour with Suicide Silence and Toothgrinder
Jinjer just wrapped up a headline tour of North America earlier this fall, and let me tell ya, it was quite a sight to behold. I attended the sold out NYC show and the band sounded phenomenal, the packed venue riveted to every note. With their new album Macro now out in the world, metal’s foremost Ukrainians have announced they’ll return this spring with a bigger stage show and a setlist featuring more new material, and they’ll be bringing Suicide Silence and Toothgrinder along with them.
(Side note: it’s gotta be a bit of an ego blow for Suicide Silence to play a support role to Jinjer, whose star has risen meteorically over just the past year, and I was surprised to see the billing that way… but so it goes. The band has some serious brand-rebuilding to do. But I also imagine this is a case where Suicide Silence will bring plenty of bodies into these rooms on their own.)
Jinjer bassist Eugene Abdukhanov says:
