Issues Added to Animals As Leaders, Veil Of Maya, Dance Gavin Dance Tour
Issues’s fantastic new album Beautiful Oblivion, the most metal thing ever named after an Eve 6 lyric, came onto my radar a bit too late to make my year-end list. That’s a shame, because it’s the single album I’ve been jamming the most lately, especially after seeing the band live in NYC last week. Whew, Tyler Carter can SING, dudes can PLAY! This band is lit.
Happy day, then, to find out that Issues have been added to the already-announced early 2020 tour featuring Dance Gavin Dance, Animals as Leaders, Veil of Maya and Royal Coda. Presumably they needed to wait until their current tour ended to make the reveal. They’ll be performing in between Animals as Leaders and Veil of Maya, which should make for quite the epic triple-shot of metal before Dance Gavin Dance take the stage (I still don’t get that band).
