Avenged Sevenfold Streaming Previously Unreleased Song “Set Me Free”
Avenged Sevenfold have released “Set Me Free,” a song they recorded for 2013’s Hail to the King, but have not previously released. I don’t know why they chose to keep this song locked away for seven(fold) years, but if I had to guess, it’d be because the track was just a little too original for that album, on which it’s really easy to pinpoint all the various songs from which the band “borrowed.”
In any case, it’s definitely one of the two best hard rock songs ever to be called “Set Me Free,” and about that, A7X can be proud.
