Listen to Trivium Bassist Paolo Gregoletto’s Quarantine Playlist

  • Axl Rosenberg

While Trivium frontman Matt Heafy has been helping to keep us all entertained via his Twitch channel, the band’s bassist (and resident battler of bullshit), Paolo Gregoletto, is now doing the same via a special quarantine playlist on Spotify. Ever-so-humble, Gregoletto didn’t even include any Trivium on the playlist, despite the fact that the band has a new album, What the Dead Men Say, coming out this month. The playlist is also fairly light on vintage material, a fact which may or may not please you. It is not light on awesome shit though, including tracks by Slipknot, Nine Inch Nails, Lamb of God, and Sepultura. So it should make a most excellent soundtrack to your day stuck inside.

Listen to the playlist below. What the Dead Men Say comes out April 24 on Roadrunner. Listen to the title track here, and pre-order the album here. In theory the band has a big tour with Megadeth, Lamb of God, and In Flames coming up, but I’m skeptical that’s still gonna happen at this point.
