Corey Taylor Thinks You Should Buy One of His Autographed Guitars for Charity

Hey friends! Lemme ask you all question. Would you like to help a great cause and own a unique piece of memorabilia from the culmination of all human accomplishment up until this point in history, Corey Taylor??? Of course you would!!!

This being the case, you should go post haste to Corey’s eBay page, where now through May 7, the Slipknot/ Stone Sour frontman is auctioning off thirteen guitars from his personal collection. And what’s more — he has signed them all! So he has definitely touched each of these instruments. So you’re not bidding on a collectible — you’re bidding on the opportunity for Corey’s molecules to co-mingle with your molecules! That’s probably about as close to touching the hand of God as you’ll ever get.

According to a press release, “select highlights include his gold metallic Gibson Memphis Dave Grohl DG-335 #237 of only 400 in perfect condition, a Gold Top Gibson Classic Les Paul, a tan Fender Acoustic, a pearl blue Gibson Dave Grohl Signature #87 out of only 200, a black SDGR Bass, and more.” Each instrument comes with a case and certificate of authenticity, natch.

All proceeds from the auction, minus shipping and processing fees, will go to Direct Relief, a charity that “is coordinating with public health authorities, nonprofit organizations, and businesses in the U.S. and globally to provide PPE and essential medical items to health workers on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.” Furthermore, “now through May 31, eBay will match dollar for dollar, up to $1 million, when you support Direct Relief.”

So what are you waiting for? Go place your bids now! Do it for charity. Do it for Corey!!!
