Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper Announce Halloween Shows

0

Shock rock and horror icons Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper have paired up for a brief string of Halloween-themed shows this October, promising to be the best pre-Halloween party that you could possibly experience because, well it’s Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper celebrating Halloween. How could you beat that? Of course, none of the shows are actually on Halloween because you can’t ask a man to work on a religious holiday.

If those Nevada and California dates don’t work for you, Cooper and Zombie will hit the road with Ministry and Filter in August as well.

Cooper’s new album Road is out on August 25. When the first single, “I’m Alice!,” was announced, he said:

“In the past, the show got reviewed before the music did. We had hit #1 albums, but it was always about what we did on stage. For ‘Road’, I wanted the band to be involved in the foundation of all the songs. I only see these guys when we’re on the road. So, I wanted them to be as tight as they are for the show but on all new material. That’s what we did for this record. When you have a band this good, I believe in showing it off, and this is my way of doing so.”
