Metallica Released a Second Official Video for “Too Far Gone”

0

It may feel like forever ago, but Metallica‘s 72 Seasons was released only five months ago. Just five months since the internet was aflame with cries ranging from “it’s horrific trash” to “it’s pretty okay.” And now with the first half of the M72 World Tour done and dusted, the biggest band in the world has opted to release yet another music video for the track “Too Far Gone?” off the latest album.

You may or may not recall, but at the album’s release the band dropped music videos for each track. They’ve also been putting out live videos of many of those songs as the tour wove through various locations.

Directed by Coan “Buddy” Nichols and starring Felipe Nunes, what dropped today is an entirely new video for “Too Far Gone?” complete with footage from Metallica’s stop in East Rutherford last month. As it turns out that was the live debut of this song, so that’s pretty cool.

Aside from their upcoming performance at the Power Trip Festival next month, Metallica is taking a bit of a tour break before heading back out in November. You can find the full list of remaining M72 dates below.
