First New Darkest Hour Single in Six Years Coming Next Tuesday

0

To say it’s been a minute since Washington D.C.-based metalcore act Darkest Hour put out new music would be an understatement. Fans have been patiently waiting for six years for any new output from the band, but that wait will soon be coming to an end, according to a teaser posted earlier today.

If you take a gander at the band’s social media accounts (or just scroll down), you will get a little taste of the new tunes Darkest Hour’s been working on in recent months. With no new album announced just yet, the speculation about this single will run rampant for a while.

“New Darkest Hour is Finally Here: Our first single is on the way November 14th to all streaming services!” wrote the band. “The official music video will premier on our very own DarkestHourDudes YouTube channel! Make sure to follow us on both YouTube and Spotify, as well as other streaming services so you hear it as soon as it drops: Link [here].”

The new song is also the first time that Darkest Hour guitarist Nico Santora will be present, as he only replaced longtime guitarist Michael Carrigan back in 2021.

Timing of this new track couldn’t come at a better time, as Darkest Hour are set to go on tour with Exodus, Fit For An Autopsy, and Undeath starting next week. You can find the full list of shows below.
