Zakk Sabbath’s New Double Album Pays Homage to Two Classic Black Sabbath Albums

0

The Black Sabbath tribute act fronted by Zakk Wylde known as Zakk Sabbath has a new album coming out next March and it’s simply one big tribute to two of Black Sabbath’s more iconic releases from the 1970s. Titled (in a very Zakk fashion) Doomed Forever Forever Doomed, the double full-length release will be the outfit’s take on both Paranoid and Master of Reality.

Featuring Wylde, Ozzy and Rob Zombie bassist Robert “Blasko” Nicholson, and Danzig/Queens of the Stone Age drummer Joey Castillo, the cover act’s been around since 2014. Since its inception, the band’s main focus has been spreading the mighty gospel forged by Black Sabbath all those years ago.

As you’d expect from a double album covering Black Sabbath’s 1970 and 1971 releases, the tracklist below is one-to-one with the originals. Just looking at those songs though, it’s wild how many of the most mainstream Black Sabbath songs came from these two records. Should make for an interesting listen with Wylde at the helm.

Doomed Forever Forever Doomed will be released on March 1, 2024, but you can preorder your copy today. The band is also heading out on tour, the dates and locations of which you can check out below.
