System of a Down Frontman Serj Tankian Wants You to WAKE UP and Rent His Los Angeles Home

0

Are you a renter in Los Angeles that loves System of a Down, wants to shack up in a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home, and can afford $6,000 a month in rent? If you are, then you can grab your brush and your makeup before taking up residence in System of a Down frontman Serj Tankian‘s Valley Village home.

Located in the larger Los Angeles area, the home features more than 1,900 square feet of living space and was most recently renovated in 2015. That means all new appliances, granite countertops, new tile flooring, and a whole lot of other kitschy amenities, according to Realtor.com.

I mean, think about it — you’ll be able to enjoy the same gray wood laminate flooring that Serj did. Your ass and its tapeworm can get all snug in the main bedroom that’s got a completely redone bathroom and a massive walk-in closet. Don’t like the heat? Make sure you don’t melt in the sun/melt in the sun by taking advantage of the new air conditioning system installed just last year.

There’s a back house on the property as well, with each building getting their own private yards and shared spaces. According to the listing, it’s close to the North Hollywood (NoHo) West Complex and is pretty close to that region’s Art District. You can even go riding on a Metro since you’ll be close to the Red Line.

If you end up renting, you’ll have to pay for a portion of the associated bills like electricity, gas, water, and trash. The owner (ostensibly Serj) handles the landscaping.

So yeah, you may not get a new System of a Down album any time soon, but if you have the means, you can spend your days where Serj did.
