Crade Of Filth is Back in the Studio Recording a New Album

Cradle Of Filth recently confirmed that they are back in the studio recording their next full-length album.

The U.K-based band announced the recording via keyboard/vocalist Zoë M. Federoff, who took to Instagram to talk about their recent session.

She says;

“Tired AF, but feeling solid after day one in the studio for the new @cradleoffilth album

“I completely agree with Dani’s take on this being a very Dusk/Midian vibe this go around. These new songs are so fresh, exciting, dynamic and immersive- I can’t say any more except prepare to be blown clean away by a straight up set of bangers. Bloody hell, as they say on this side of the pond.”

This will be the band’s first record since the 2021 release Existence Is Futile

In addition to this recent project, Cradle of Filth and Ed Sheeran, unlikely friends who have allegedly be collabing for a while, will finally release something together, but we’ll still have to wait a while. In an interview with Metalshop (as transcribed by Blabbermouth), Dani Filth revealed that we might not actually have to wait until next year to find out.

“The song’s been done now for about a year and two months. It was done just before Christmas 2022. And the reason for the delay is because we had plans for it, and then his management said, ‘Well, he’s releasing a record. Can’t do it now.’ ‘He’s doing this. Can’t do it now.’ So we’ve got a plan for it. It’s gonna actually go on our new record, which is due out the end of this year.

We’re not entirely sure yet when, but it stands to reason that soon we’ll hear at least one of these forthcoming releases.
