    I like Arsis, actually I love them, but the music video just looks like your standard metal video. Like if you look most metal videos, its them just playing in some old abandoned warehouse/church etc etc..and then you’ll see some effects that are supposed to be metal, badass and original.

    But in actuality it has been done, not once but plenty of times before. So really its not that badass or original. How can something thats been overdone be badass and/or original?

    I liked what Bleeding Through did with their videos, where they tried to have a horror movie sort of thing going on. And they made a sequel to the video. Not many bands do that. Although the end product looked like a rob zombie movie made in the 70′s it was still pretty cool.

    Let’s see…constant zooming, panning, and shaking *vomit*. Irrititatingly switching white balance. And the lighting? Could have used some high key lighting, especially on the guitars during the solos. It would have counter balanced the diffuse aweful light from the windows. And pick a fucking color and stick with it. Therefore the correct answer is A. Now let me book that flight to New York…

    I agree this is a third-rate video, for a second-rate song. Although it’s of course hard to judge either video or sound quality in a freaking .flv, I wanted more out of this.

    I’m a bum and didn’t see the animated version so I’m just gonna go through the entire MetalSucks feed and comment on each article, asking you guys to repost it. <3
