HEADS WILL ROLL ON METALSUCKS-SPONSORED PROTEST THE HERO TOUR THIS SPRING

heads will roll tourBecause the list of MetalSucks-sponsored tours going out this year wasn’t already kick-ass enough — whatwith the likes of the Soilwork / Darkane / Warbringer / Swallow the Sun joint, The Haunted tour, Paganfest 2k9, The Mayhem-headlined Blackenedfest and The Human Abstract / Iwrestledabearonce trainwreck — we’re now sponsoring another of the sexiest tours hitting the circuit. The Heads Will Roll Tour, commencing April 17th in Denver, CO, will be headlined by MetalSucks-faves Protest the Hero, and will feature support in various configurations from Misery Signals, The Number Twelve Looks Like You, Scale the Summit, and Fall From Grace. Holy fucking crapticles is that an awesome lineup! The only bummer is that the highly awesome / MetalSucks-approved Scale The Summit won’t be on the NYC date, but so it goes.

  • pokesmot

    pth is so fucking sickk
    good going

  • http://www.myspace.com/1033metal Jackson

I was all excited and set to go till I saw Scale the Summit weren’t hitting MN. Just not worth the 2 1/2 hour drive for some good but in my opinion overrated bands. Then again the tour ends in St. Paul maybe some one can get it (or part of it) to come to Duluth the next day

  • Sixty Quadrillion Niggers On The Titanic

Too much bullshit to justify this.

  • The Man

    MISERY FUCKING SIGNALS. YES.

  • ZapBranigan

Hell yeah, I was just wondering when Protest were going to be coming around again. They’ll be well worth the 3 hour drive to Cleveland. I’m there.

  • Elpants

Good thing this isnt near me. I love Protest the Hero, hell I saw em with The Human Abstract not too long ago.

However, There is no chance in hell I would sit through The Number 12 Looks Like You ever again. I only did it the first time for Darkest Hour and Amon Amarth back to back. The are the only band able to give me a headache only a few songs in.

Misery Signals are a so-so live band, I will give them praise for sounding better live than recorded.

Sorry for the folks who go to this for Misery Signals, Protest the Hero or Scale the Summit to only find yourself sick to the stomache due to #12.

But then again, #12 is too much pain for little gain.

  • SP420

Wow, easily the worst fucking tour of the year. Sad to see that.

  • STRAPPING YOUNG LAD

Uh… wasn’t Fall From Grace that emo/greenDay sounding band from BoDog’s Battle of the Bands on VH1??!?!? weiird…. anywho, this tour looks sick.

  • your_mum

Very sad to see metalsucks.com putting its name on something that ….well sucks.

  • shreddies

Fucking assholes aren’t coming to Toronto. WTF?

  • herojoe

    Why no indianapolis dates?

  • Doobiedoo

PTH is the only band worth a shit. I might show up a good hour late….

  • tyler09

I thought you guys had a pretty good taste in music..until now. The #12 looks like you fucking sucks. They suck more than wes borland rejoining limp. I cant stand those fuckers. No talent what-so-ever

  • billybob

No Canadian dates!! Boooo-urns!! Booo-urns!!! *Throws Tomatoes*

  • Jacob

I’m pretty sure San Francisco isn’t in Colorado guys…

  • Decibel Dan

Fuck the haters, The Number Twelve is fucking sick. Seeing them with Protest The Hero is gonna be a blast.

  • STRAPPING YOUNG LAD

    @Tyler09,
ever hear Protest the Hero before??? they’re the epitome of fresh and new metal. check em out, you’ll be blown away.

  • tyler09

yeah PTH are pretty good but i just cant fucking stand #12 looks like you.

  • STRAPPING YOUNG LAD

    @Tyler09,
yeaa, your right. i just checked out their myspace, they blow big time. Lame name too!

  • cockboy

at least metalsucks isn’t sponsoring the horrible saints and sinners tour (hollywood undead, brokencyde, senses fail, haste the day)

  • AirRichard

    This show will rule.

never listened to Fall From Grace til now…just a couple tracks off Myspace…

    …turns out they eat ass.

but other than that..I am down for this tour…even the #12. Not a favorite…but I dug the Nuclear.Sad.Nuclear album at the least.

  • o0Stacey0o

Definitely not happy to see you guys kissing the asses of such a terrible band: The Number 12 Looks Like you. They make me want to puke on my own face. I know you guys have hard-ons for Protest, and I agree they rock, but do not lick the balls of that horrifying band just because your in it to sponsor Protest. Other then that, um, good going I guess.
