Loomis apparently posted this video on his Facebook page this morning, and reader Mitch Rea just sent it in. It’s our first taste of his new album, Plains of Oblivion, and, yes, it sounds AWESOME. I’m sure having MacAlpine on the track doesn’t hurt, either.

Plains of Oblivion comes out April 10 on Century. Loomis will be part of a MetalSucks-sponsored tour with Protest the Hero, Periphery, The Safety Fire, and Today I Caught the Plague starting at the end of March; get dates here.
