“God Amongst Insects”: Does The Monolith Deathcult’s New Tune F*ck Your Face Off?

The Monolith Deathcult’s Tetragrammaton was Dave Mustein’s pick for albums that will fuck your face off in 2013, and while I haven’t spoken to him about the just-released Tetragrammaton track, “Gods Amongst Insects,” it’s hard for me to imagine he feels disappointed by it. I mean, my face certainly feels sufficiently fucked-off. It’s very Behemoth-y in a way that I really dig. And this despite some very cheesy samples, including one from Independence Day and, uh, Caligula, of all movies. Listen:
