Black Sabbath to Debut New Song “The End is the Beginning” on Season Finale of CSI
If you had any illusion that the members of Black Sabbath care about maintaining anything even remotely resembling street cred, well, you’re a fool, and now is the time to throw that illusion right out the fuckin’ window. From The Hollywood Reporter:
Ozzy Osbourne and the Black Sabbath gang will rock during a cameo in CSI’s season finale.
In the lead-up to the release of their upcoming album, titled 13, the band will appear in the finale of the crime drama on May 15, CBS announced Wednesday.
The band will play a concert in the show attended by some of the characters. The performance in CSI will debut the first single, “End of the Beginning,” from the group’s new album.
This isn’t the CSI franchise’s first foray into metal… hell, it’s not even their first foray into Ozzy. This still seems like the crappiest way possible to debut the first new song from this version of Black Sabbath in thirty-five years.
