Listen: Motörhead and Saxon’s Biff Byford Cover Rainbow’s “Starstruck”

The first single from This is Your Life, the upcoming Ronnie James Dio tribute album featuring everyone and their mother, has been released: it’s Motörhead and Saxon vocalist Biff Byford covering “Starstruck,” from Rainbow’s 1976 album, Rising. It’s pretty good. I mean, it sounds like Motörhead playing Rainbow with the dude from Saxon doing vocals. It would be nice if it deviated a little more from the original, but it’s certainly not bad.
