Sludge Metal Supergroup Corrections House To Institute New Disciplinary Procedures In October

It’s been two years since Corrections House, the bizarre supergroup/sadism collective featuring Mike Williams (Eyehategod), Scott Kelly (Neurosis), Bruce Lamont (Yakuza), and Sanford Parker (Minsk) first unleashed their brand of unsettling industrial doom on the planet. Now, in 2015, as morals decay and humankind swirls down the cosmic toilet bowl, the House has returned to beat some manners into society.

The band has announced a new record, Know How To Carry A Whip, due out this October. They’ve released the cover art you see above, as well as a tracklisting. And if you’re a fan of Eyehategod’s weird and confrontational sense of dark humor, these songs titles will please you:

1. Crossing My One Good Finger
2. Superglued Tooth
3. White Man’s Gonna Lose
4. Hopeless Moronic
5. Visions Divide
6. The Hall Of Cost
7. When Push Comes To Shank
8. I Was Never Good At Meth
9. Burn The Witness
I think “When Push Comes To Shank” is my favorite. It makes me think of Thanksgiving with my family.
Anyway, you can experience the harsh punishment that is Know How To Carry A Whip October 23rd via Neurot Recordings. Fans should expect to get what’s coming to them.
