Video: Every Tool Fan Ever

Tool fans are by and large insufferable pricks who rave about the band endlessly, often harping on their appreciation of the “smart” aspect of their music as a trait of intellectual superiority within themselves. Maynard James Keenan himself has been all too happy to make fun of his own fans on many an occasion for this reason.

Surely, then, Maynard would appreciate this short sketch, written and directed by Blake Studwell, that pits three overzealous Tool fans against two disinterested ordinary folks who don’t seem to get the deity status bestowed upon the band. It all climaxes with the band’s new album Fear Inocolum, and… well, you’ll have to watch to find out.
