New Old Man Gloom Album Coming in May

In May, the weather will be warmer, the sun will stay out later, and, if our Supreme Leader is to be believed, the coronavirus will no longer be of any concern*. But that doesn’t mean the month won’t be… Gloom-y!

Yes folks: Old Man Gloom have announced plans to release a new album, Seminar VIII: Light of Meaning, on Profound Lore in May. While we don’t have a precise release date or a single yet, we do have a trailer video, which includes roughly a minute of promising-sounding new music. So start getting excited.

Seminar VIII will mark the band’s recording debut with Stephen Brodsky (Cave In, Mutoid Man), who replaces the late Caleb Scofield.
