Six Feet Under Release New Song and Video, “Blood of the Zombie”

Are you excited for Nightmares of the Decomposed, the new Six Feet Under album that’s coming out this week? No. Of course you’re not. Nobody is except Chris Barnes, and he’s probably not even that excited about it because he thinks the government will use it as an excuse to disappear him or something.

Still, “Blood of the Zombie,” the third single from Decomposed (after “Amputator” and “Zodiac”), is also the best. Part of that is a foot-tapper of a guitar lick that sounds like Slayer slowed down, but a lot of it is also that Barnes’ vocals are absent from roughly a third of the song. Thumbs up!

You can check out “Blood of the Zombie” via the below music video. Nightmares of the Decomposed comes out this Friday, October 2 on Metal Blade, and can be pre-ordered here.

In March, Barnes called the coronavirus pandemic a “false flag.” It has thus far killed more than 200,000 Americans, making it the most successful false flag in history, I guess.

In September, after Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea discovered Cannibal Corpse, Barnes revealed that Blood Sugar Sex Magik is his favorite RHCP album, even though no one asked him.
