Ice Nine Kills Elvis

“Nobody can make Elvis Presley’s music sound shittier than I can!” Danzig declared. To which Ice Nine Kills replied, “Hold our beer.”

The self-proclaimed “theatricore pioneers” have released a cover of “Can’t Help Falling in Love.” The accompanying video certainly keeps in line with the band’s “scary” persona, but they haven’t actually made the song any heavier. It’s much more in line with, say, the Guns N’ Roses take on “Since I Don’t Have You” by the Skyliners than that deathcore version of Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy.”

So, basically, what you end up with is a not-very-good Elvis cover that is also the best thing Ice Nine Kills have ever done.
