As you’re no doubt aware, last week, Norm Macdonald — one of the most gloriously strange comedians of all time — died from cancer at the age of 61. Naturally, a whole lot of people have thus been celebrating Macdonald’s legacy, as we tend to do when a great entertainer passes.

To that end, this is an ideal time to watch this 1997 Saturday Night Live sketch in which Macdonald played Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee opposite Lee’s then-real-life-wife, Pamela Anderson. Macdonald seems like a weird choice to play Tommy Lee, but they totally nailed the look.

Watch the sketch below.

Speaking of Pam and Tommy, Hulu is currently in production on, uh, Pam & Tommy, an eight-episode limited series about the couple’s infamous leaked sex tape. Lee recently said that the series will tell a “really beautiful story.” It stars Sebastian Stan (The Falcon and the Winter SoldierThe Devil All the Time) as Lee, Lily James (Baby DriverRebecca) as Anderson, Seth Rogen (Knocked Up) as the dude who stole the couple’s sex tape, Taylor Schilling (Orange is the New Black), comedian Andrew Dice Clay, Pepi Sonuga (Leprechaun Returns), Spencer Granese (Better Call Saul), and Mozhan Marnò (The Blacklist). Pam & Tommy will reunite Stan with Craig Gillespie, director of 2017’s I, Tonya. It’s being written and executive produced by Robert Siegel (The WrestlerBig Fan) and DV DeVincentis (High FidelityAmerican Crime Story). No word on a premiere date yet.
