Lamb of God Announce Fit For An Autopsy’s Joe Badolato as Vocalist for Tonight’s Performance

Earlier this week, we posted that  Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe had tested positive for COVID, and would have to miss the band’s Grand Rapids stop with Megadeth, Trivium, and In FlamesMark Hunter of Ohio metalcore forefathers Chimaira took the stage in his stead, which was pretty fucking cool. Then, when the band were forced to cancel their Fort Wayne, Indiana, show entirely, fans wondered whether or not they planned to continue the tour. Now, Lamb of God have revealed that tonight’s Green Bay show has another guest vocalist: Fit For An Autopsy throatsman Joe Badolato.

Lamb of God posted the following to their social media:

Green Bay – unfortunately, Randy will not be able to perform but we WILL see you tonight! Our brother Joe Badolato from Fit For An Autopsy will be stepping in to handle vocal responsibilities this evening.

We expect Randy to return to our show on Sunday in Sioux Falls.

Uh, THIS is fucking COOL. Like, Lamb of God’s ability to just summon forth the illest vocals in metal and hardcore is a thing of beauty. We’re stoked to see footage of this set.
