The death metal Swedes in Dismember are bringing back some classic releases that long-time fans and collectors are going to want their get their hands on next month.

According to an announcement earlier today, the band will be reissuing their first two albums, 1991’s Like An Everflowing Stream and 1993’s Indecent & Obscene, and the Pieces EP from 1992. The audio on all three releases has been remastered by Patrick W. Engel at Temple of Disharmony with the intent being to keep the sound as close to the original possible, though Like An Everflowing Stream will be mastered using the more dynamic version from June 1991.

In addition to the new printings, the album layouts and design were created with the band being heavily involved with the process. So the final product you get will be exactly what the artists wanted to deliver.

Today’s announcement also hinted at another set of physical Dismember reissues that will be announced “soon.”

All three reissues will be released on August 25 via Nuclear Blast Records, though you can preorder your copy today.
