Harm’s Way Stream “Devour,” Announce US Tour

Hardcore wrecking crew Harm’s Way will drop their new album, Common Suffering, on September 29 via Metal Blade. Today, we get the second taste of the album via “Devour,” which the band dropped along with a music video. Like first track “Silent Wolf,” “Devour” is violently heavy with the grooves you’d expect from Harm’s Way.

Says the band of the new song:

“‘Devour’ is an expression of self-reflection following the realization that everything that was once there to give has been spent. Led down a path of deception and manipulation, one’s sense of self has been lost along the way. ‘Devour’ is the process of waking up to your isolation, with actions and purpose that are somehow no longer your own. It’s a crossroads that can lead you either the rest of the way down, or back to where whatever’s lost may be found again.”

With “Devour” also comes the announcement that Harm’s Way will be heading out for an extremely stacked run this fall alongside Fleshwater, Jivebomb and Ingrown. You definitely don’t want to miss that one.
