Premiere: Fellahin Fall Embrace Doom and Gloom on Gothic New Song

0

Hailing from New York City, gothic/doom outfit Fellahin Fall hail from the big city but their songs tell the story of a man who wants to escape from it all. Their new EP, Urbana, takes inspiration from many of the sound’s classic artists—Type O Negative, Woods of Ypre, Paradise Lost—and gives it a modern spin.

On their new song “Bury Me,” the first unveiled from upcoming EP Urbana, is a moody, keyboard-driven tune that neatly summarizes what Fellahin Fall are all about. The song isn’t musically heavy but it carries an emotional weight in the melodies and vocal performance from singer/keyboardist Nodar.

Like a former editor said when writing about Fellahin Fall in 2020, “if you’re hair isn’t already jet black, it will be by the time this track is done. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.” Check out the new song below!
