Sleep Token Debuted “Take Me Back To Eden” Live in Germany

0

It’s been roughly seven months since Sleep Token released their third studio album Take Me Back To Eden and in that time, they haven’t played the title track to a live audience. Well, that statement was true until they finally did the thing last night at the Zenith in Munich, Germany. As the band’s fourth most streamed track on Spotify at nearly 26 million streams, it’s safe to say that this performance has been a long time coming.

Much to the chagrin of crusty old metal gatekeepers, bands like Sleep Token have garnered a lot of attention online through social media apps like Instagram and TikTok. Through their blending of pop, R&B, alternative, and metal, Sleep Token apparently have carved a niche with an audience that most other bands struggle to reach — young and female listeners that want some jams for their little videos or whatever they do online.

With the year quickly coming to a close, your chance to catch Sleep Token live before the new year is quickly vanishing. They’ve only got a few more dates in Europe this year and then they take a long rest before going back out to tour Australia and then play two shows in the U.S.
