Wage War Unveil New Album Stigma, Drop New Single “NAIL5”

0

Floridian metalcore band Wage War are back with a new single and this time, they’ve got a brand new album titled Stigma coming out later this year.

Featuring 10 new tracks, including the previous single they released last month titled “Magnetic,” Stigma will be the band’s fifth full-length album and their follow up to 2021’s Manic.

As for the latest single “NAIL5,” it’s a synthy, industrial sounding track that’s got a number of tricks up its sleeve throughout the roughly two and a half minute runtime. It’s loud, it’s groovy, and it’s the sort of thing that if you’re into the band’s style of experimentation, you’re gonna enjoy the hell out of this.

“‘NAIL5’ is a tribute to our fifth album and continuing to push the envelope in every way, and in this instance, the heavy side. We took the elements that we loved from our past discography and turned it all the way up. The message: You’re either in or you’re in the way.”

Stigma will be available digitally on June 21, with the physical release set for September 6 via Fearless Records. In the meantime, you can preorder your copy today.

Wage War will also be kicking off their spring 2024 co-headline tour with Nothing More and support from Veil of Maya and Sleep Theory on Tuesday, April 16 in Charlotte, NC. The dates runs through Friday, May 17 in Indianapolis, IN. Check out the dates below.
