Rivers Of Nihil Added to Katatonia’s North American Tour
Early next year is looking like a busy time for Swedish gothic metal outfit Katatonia, whose tour supporting Opeth and subsequent headlining tours in North America will dominate February and part of March. While we knew they were going to have their own headlining run, we didn’t know who would be supporting them — until now.
In a recent update to their touring plans, Kataonia announced that Rivers Of Nihil will join them on the road as the supporting act. That includes not just their solo headlining date, but it also includes the single date during the Opeth tour that Katatonia will be headlining.
Set to kick off on February 27 at San Francisco, California and coming to an end on March 12 in Brooklyn, New York, Katatonia’s run of headlining shows is taking place right after they support Opeth on their tour.
