WHOOPS! I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO LAST NIGHT

Like watch the Rob Zombie-directed episode of CSI: Miami so that I could make fun of it today. But I got distracted by the pile of new shit that arrived at the Mansion steps yesterday, and spent my evening listening to new music – in other words, I actually did something worthwhile.

Luckily CBS is streaming the episode, so I can watch it at my convenience and make fun of it later! Three cheers for technology! And Kubrick thought we’d have commercial space travel by now. What a dope!

The episode isn’t embeddable but you can get to it by clicking on the below screen shot of John 5 in a comedia dell’arte mask. Yep, Zombie’s band is apparently in the episode, playing one of his new songs. And you thought he was directing a CSI episode for the artistic challenge.

Meanwhile, Metal Insider tells me that last night’s episode of Law & Order was a ripped-from-the-headlines story a Juggalo killing his family; the real-life Juggalos apparently have their panties in a twist about it. You can read more about the episode at MI… there doesn’t seem to be a full stream available at NBC as of yet.

hahaha the juggalos are offended. may they sob silently in their parents’ basements.

    Fuck you, Rob Zombie.

Rob Zombie using other media art forms to promote his band?! No way!

i was shocked to see his wife in the episode. she’d have no acting career if it wasn’t for his directing. bad actor.

John 5 is still the shit… can’t wait for his new solo album. The new Rob Zombie album, on the other hand, I was not as impressed with.

The first track off of John 5′s new album is streaming on his site

OK, I’m hoping that picture isn’t the album cover. But I love the new song.

I feel the same way, I don’t like the picture but I can deal with it. The new songs is great.

I don’t get all the hate for Mr. Zombie. Sure, his solo stuff sucks, and the two Halloween remakes were uncalled for (not to mention the upcoming Blob remake), but goddammit The Devils Rejects is an amazing movie. Bash Zombie all you want, just leave that one alone.

I really wish he’d make a new original. I even thought that his Halloween remake was alright, but it seems like he really found himself with The Devils Rejects, then for some reason, threw his hands up and said “fuck it”.

I will never understand it. I hate his remakes but those originals were pretty damn good. Maybe he ran out of ideas. Judging by the new album it honestly would not suprise me

I remember thinking that song sounded like a ripoff of Freya…
