…dudes like, say, Sucky Erna from Godsuck are clearly “putting on a voice,” so to speak. This led to 3D’s brilliant revelation that Erna often sounds like Cornholio, the over-caffeinated alter ego of Beavis from Beavis and Butt-head.

Although I tend to think of Erna has a total Layne Staley wanna be on account of his incessant yarling, I definitely hear where 3D is coming from with this.
