Carcass Release New Video for “Unfit for Human Consumption” Along with an Intro by Metallica’s Kirk Hammett

I love Carcass! I love Carcass’ new album, Surgical Steel. I love this new video for a song from that album, “Unfit for Human Consumption.” And I love the fact that Kirk Hammett doing an intro for their video (to help promote his upcoming Fear FestEviL) means that probably tens of thousands of people around the world who might have never given Carcass a chance before will now do so.

So I am going to refrain from pointing out the irony that Jeff Walker called us “fucking posers,” but is now having his video introduced by a guy who doesn’t even know how to throw horns properly.

Nope. I am not going to point that out.

Surgical Steel is out now on Nuclear Blast. Carcass will headline next year’s Decibel Magazine Tour, which will also feature The Black Dahlia Murder, Gorguts, and Noisem. Get dates here.
