Video: Eat Your Heavy Metal Breakfast with Vince Neilstein and Shinobi Ninja

Shinobi Ninja have been an NYC institution for years, bringing their own blend of rock, metal, hip hop, funk and reggae across the country and to earholes all over the Internet. If you’re a music fan in NYC there is no way you aren’t already familiar with these talented guys and gal.

So when the band asked me to come on their YouTube show “Heavy Metal Breakfast” I was all too happy to oblige. The band’s members are devout metalheads, so we shot the shit for over an hour about various metal-related topics culminating in an epic shred-off to end all shred-offs. Over the coming weeks those bits will be featured on the show, but first: watch Episode 11 of “Heavy Metal Breakfast” below, in which we discuss which metal celebrities we would — and wouldn’t — want at our weddings.
