Wormrot Announce New U.S. Tour Dates

  • Axl Rosenberg

Lemme get a “SHIT YEAH!”: Wormrot have announced a string of U.S. dates scheduled around their appearance at Maryland Deathfest this spring. This is Wormrot’s first time in the States in a LONG while — like, years. Consequently, it will make the U.S. debut of their drummer, Vijesh, who joined the band in 2015, and the U.S. live debut of material from Voices, which I thought was one of the best metal albums of 2016.

Keep in mind (as if you’d forgotten) that these dudes are from Singapore, so you never really know when the next time they’ll get back here could be. My point being, do not miss them. Do they assume they are one of those bands who are interesting because of where they’re from and only because of where they’re from. They put on a KILLER live show. These gigs are gonna be a blast, trust me.

Dates are below in case you can’t read that poster up top:

May 25 – Brooklyn, NY @ Saint Vitus w/ Iron Lung
May 26 – Ithaca, NY @ The Haunt
May 27 – Baltimore, MD @ Maryland Deathfest
May 28 – Philadelphia, PA @ Kung Fu Necktie
