Video: Trivium’s Matt Heafy Watches Fan YouTube Covers!

Trivium’s brand new album, What The Dead Men Say, is out now! To commemorate this momentous occasion, we caught up with frontman Matt Heafy, got him in front of a playlist of Trivium fans covering the band’s songs on YouTube, and filmed his reactions (well, Matt them filmed for us from his home studio / Twitch mancave).

From acoustic renditions to piano interpretations to full-out shred fests to rousing vocal covers, we scoured YouTube for the best of the best from throughout the band’s catalogue, and Matt was his typical convivial self as he observed what his fans the world over have to offer and provided commentary.
