Black Sheep Wall Drop First Single in Five Years, “Concrete God”

Proggy sludge metallers Black Sheep Wall have returned from a five-year hiatus with “Concrete God,” the lead single from their forthcoming album, Songs for the Enamel Queen.

A press release cites “turbulence between band members” as the reason for the long break between releases. Their last album, I’m Going to Kill Myself, came out in 2015, and original vocalist Trae Malone split from the group in 2013. Brandon Gillichbauer, who began as the bassist, now fronts the band.

Listen to “Concrete God” below. Songs for the Enamel Queen comes out on February 26 via Silent Pendulum Records; pre-order here (U.S.) and here (E.U.) as well as here (digital).
