Year of the Knife to Have Their First Show Back at New England Metal and Hardcore Fest

0

At this point, we should all be aware of the harrowing situation hardcore band Year Of The Knife endured since their van accident last June. After months of procedures and rehabilitation, we’re super thankful to hear everyone’s back to 100 percent — especially vocalist Madi Watkins, who remained hospitalized for a significant amount of time.

Now, after finally releasing their album No Love Lost and getting back to the rehearsal grind, the band’s about to hit the stage for the first time later this year at the New England Metal & Hardcore Festival.

Set to take place at The Palladium Outdoors in Worcester, Massachusetts on September 21 and September 22, the festival will have a huge lineup of bands that you can check out below. To be included on the bill, according to Year Of The Knife, is just the first step in their return to normalcy.

“We’re highly anticipating our debut at the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival. It’s a great first step for what will be total global domination. We’re thankful for the fest and our fans. We’ll be sure to make this show special.”

Other bands announced for the festival include Sunday night headliners Slaughter to Prevail, along with 200 Stab Wounds, Alluvial, Jarhead Fertilizer, Overkill, and The Red Chord.
