Most Inadvertently Hilarious Terrible Metal Video Ever of the Day: V’s “The Dark”

Who the hell are V? I honestly couldn’t tell you — their official YouTube page provides no link to any outside website or source of information, and as you can imagine, Googling “V” or “V band” brings up a shit ton of stuff that isn’t this band. Clearly, they need to read this.

Or maybe they’re trying to remain anonymous? I wouldn’t blame them. If I woke up one day and realized I was in a band that sounded like Disturbed crossed with Evanescence only with a bunch of dudes dressed like they were in Immortal and Slipknot*, I would probably want to make it as hard for people to find me as possible, too.

By the way, not only is that video fan-fucking-tastic — so are the comments on YouTube, almost of all which seem to have been left by friends and/or members of the band:

P.S. If that woman’s birth name is “Mercy Roulette” than I will happily donate $100 to the charity that will smack her parents upside the head of her choice.

*Or maybe the drummer is just deathly allergic to the make-up required for corpse paint?
