“Purania”: Another Swell Video from Destrage

I wasn’t aware that Destrage guitarist Matteo Di Gioia also directs the band’s highly entertaining videos until FEARnet mentioned it as part of their debut of the group’s latest clip, “Purania.” But other Italian bands looking for someone talented who can make their video for (what I assume has to have been) a reasonable amount of money should seek the dude out. “Purania” isn’t funny like the band’s last video, “My Green Neighbour,” but the animated/live-action hybrid clip is still pretty impressive.

Of course, it doesn’t hurt that the song kicks ass.

“Purania” will appear on Destrage’s Are You Kidding Me? No.,  will be released by Metal Blade Records on March 4th in North America and February 28th/March 3rd in Europe/UK. Pre-order it here.
