Sunday To Fight For/Against Your Dreams
One moment you’ll be swearing by the undying motivation you feel about your (purported) life’s
porpoise purpose, and the next thing you know that dream has turned into tacos.
But rest assured, no dreams will be left unattended on my vengeful watch. I implore all of us to make this the moment when we finally pay our overwhelming dreams the seriously hott love and respect they deserve.
Or better yet, the moment when we stop being slaves to whatever hare-brained cockamamie bullplop dreams we’ve been preaching as our gospels and truly open up to the forreallyrealzzz….if murdering one dumb dream can pave the way for a greater (or dumber) dream, then more power to us.
The clock’s a-ticking, so stop a-dicking around and do some thing(s)/someone(s) you truly feel connected to. Then share that inspiration with the rest of us, like immediately.
We can’t do this shit without YOU.
And to help kickstart that elusive inspiration…
Enter Pittsburgh’s own genuinely dreamy warriors Edhochuli to remind us how the seemingly unattainable may be an easier target than we realize in the next chapter. This proggy/post-hardcore band rules/delivers bigtime live, and there’s something about its clever, feisty, nimble new album Dream Warriors (listen below, buy on Bandcamp, see them on tour now) that just might give you extra hope and drive to keep analyzing/evolving/living/loving/chasing
the dragon your dreams, no matter how insane they may seem to everyone else…
